As a non-profit organisation, Arts for Labour is committed to protecting and promoting individual privacy.

We collect information in two ways from your use of the website:

Anonymous data that is automatically collected from all visitors to the website

Personal data that you voluntarily submit when you interact with us directly.

The transaction data may include your contact details and the transaction details. We do not store or have access to your card details  

We may process information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email notifications and/or newsletters (“notification data”).

The notification data may be processed for the purposes of sending you the relevant notifications and/or newsletters. The legal basis for this processing is consent given at the point of sign-up to our newsletter and e-mail notifications.

Our website analytics data processor, Google Analytics, is situated in the United States. You can find out how Google uses information from sites that use its services at Google.com

We occasionally use MailChimp as our newsletter mailing provider, MailChimp, is situated in the United States. MailChimp’s at MailChimp.com.

By using the website, you acknowledge that personal data you submit for publication through our website or services may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use (or misuse) of such personal data by others.

Storing and retaining your personal data

Arts for Labour takes the security of your personal data very seriously. When you share your personal information, we do all we can to ensure that it is treated securely and we have appropriate measures in place to prevent unauthorised access to, loss, or misuse of your personal data. These measures include security measures on our servers, restricted access controls and disaster recovery plans.

We will not keep your personal information for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which we collect it unless we believe that the law or other regulation requires us to preserve it.
